i'm on a low fiber diet

are low fiber diets good for you

Why i'm starting a low fiber diet.
I have a fever and a cough thats not going away.
the spring season is realy mesing ith me.

feed a fever starve a cold.
so i'm trying to eat my way out of this mild fever cuased by the nagging cough.

If i'm going to eat more than i normly do i think maybe
I'm going to TEST out a lowfiber diet.
IF i live it works.

I broke my low fiber diet and i i'm working on a old low caffeine diet instead, 8TH /june/2009
it's simple no caffeine after 2pm.
and no decaf-soda after 7pm.

Day's of SLEEPING are gone,
replaced with stregth to see .
